Why do you continue to train?
 Khris shows me so much and has a great way of putting it across that makes sense.

 

What is your favorite exercise? Anything with weights and battle ropes.

 

What is the biggest misconception about training? There's so many and they're all excuses. Khris works my butt off, but every time I go home and tell the wife, "That was awesome!"

What was your original reason for training? To lose weight.

 

Why do you continue to train? Better balance and stronger core.

 

What is your favorite exercise? Squats.

 

What is the biggest misconception about training? Weigh-ins and yelling.

What was your original reason for training? Improve my cholesterol values, get in shape, and, of course, lose weight.

 

Why do you continue to train? Strength, improved attitude, camaraderie with fellow trainees, and a great friend in Khris. Making sure my clothes continue to fit a whole lot better.

 

What is your favorite exercise? Any upper body exercise.

 

What is the biggest misconception about training? That it's too hard and you have to be fit to start.

Why do you continue to train? To manage chronic pain, get stronger, be more energetic, sleep better, reshape my body, feel more confident, have fun!

 

What is your favorite exercise? Anything with the medicine ball against the wall or the slam ball.

 

What is the biggest misconception about training? That it's just someone to plan a workout for you or to yell at you.
